Blind Artist is Also Martial Arts Champion

AOL recently ran a story about Jim Stevens, a veteran who lost most of his eyesight in Vietnam combat. In addition to being a single parent, Mr. Stevens is also a national martial arts champion as well as a talented scrimshaw artist.
